DEPOSIT POLICY

A valid credit card is required for the deposit needed to reserve the boat. Your card will be charged $100 for deposit. Payment must be completed in full before boats departure. If circumstances arise where you can’t make your trip you MUST cancel at least 7 days prior to the date of your reservation or forfeit your deposit .

Your deposit will be refunded only if the Captain calls the trip off due to inclement weather. Customers will not dictate weather calls. We will try to reschedule your charter as soon as possible.
